My Session fee is £45 for a 1 hour session.

This applies to face-to-face, online and telephone counselling.

I sometimes have lower cost places available, so if you feel you'd like to work with me but find this fee difficult do get in touch and we can discuss.

During the first session we can discuss what you would like to gain from counselling and how often we may meet.  

It will also be an opportunity to see if I am a suitable counsellor for you.
